We collect as little as possible.

What we store

• A one-way hash of your API key, your plan, and usage counts for limits.
• Images you create, so you can download them. They are linked only to your key.
• Chat messages are processed to produce a reply and are not saved to disk.

What we do not do

• No accounts, names or phone numbers are needed for the Free plan.
• No analytics or tracking scripts of our own.
• We never sell your data, and we never send prompts to outside AI companies.
• The Chat and Images tools never show ads or load third-party scripts.

Cookies and advertising

Our free content pages (Home and Learn articles) may show ads served by Google AdSense to help keep Jivra free. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visits to our site and/or other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or www.aboutads.info. Learn more at How Google uses information from sites that use its services. Users in some regions will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown. We do not use any other analytics or tracking cookies.

Service providers

Cloudflare carries traffic to our servers and protects against attacks; it processes your IP address. If you buy a paid plan, Razorpay processes your payment details under its own privacy policy; we only receive a payment confirmation.

Keys in your browser

Your key is kept in your browser's local storage. Use "Forget key" to remove it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to delete data linked to your key. Email hello@chundulabs.in.
