Terms of Use
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply to chundulabs.in and api.chundulabs.in ("the Service"), run by Chundu Laboratories. By using the Service or getting an API key you agree to them.
1. The Service
We provide AI chat (Jivra), text-to-image and text-to-short-video tools built on open models. Answers, images and videos (including scripts, synthetic voices and captions) are generated automatically and can be wrong or unexpected. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial or safety decisions.
2. Keys and plans
A free key comes with the daily limits on the Pricing page. Keep your key secret; you are responsible for its use. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are monthly subscriptions; Developer API credits are prepaid. Limits may be adjusted to keep the Service stable.
3. Payments
Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the key returns to the Free plan. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may block content and suspend or revoke keys that break it, without refund for serious abuse.
5. Your content
You keep rights to your prompts. Subject to the open model licences, you may use images and videos you create, including commercially, at your own risk. Videos include a short Jivra end card and a copyright notice for the template, which you must not remove when you republish the video unedited. Check the facts in a generated script before you publish it, and never present a synthetic voice as a real person’s voice. You must not claim generated content is real when it is not.
6. Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and may be slow, paused or unavailable, for example during maintenance. Check the Status page.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 30 days.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them; continued use means you accept the new version.
